BartkoZankel Partners Author CEB Real Estate & Environmental Chapters

January 2010: The recently published CEB practice book, "Ground Lease Practice" (2d ed. 2009), features two chapters authored by BartkoZankel partners. Theani Louskos, who specializes in commercial real estate transactions, authored Chapter 8, "Use Clauses," which discusses permitted use clauses in development and single-user ground leases, and Howard Pearlman, who specializes in real estate and environmental litigation, authored Chapter 9, "Hazardous Materials," which discusses the unique environmental risks involved in ground leases.
