Franchise Practice Group Certified As Legal Specialists
March 2009: Charles G. Miller,
C. Griffith Towle, and
Darryl A. Hart have been certified as
Legal Specialists in Franchise and Distribution Law by The California Board
of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California.
In order to be certified as a Legal Specialist, California
attorneys must pass a rigorous written examination; demonstrate
a high level of experience in the specialty area; fulfill
specialized education requirements; and receive favorable
evaluations by other attorneys and judges familiar with their work.
