BartkoZankel's eDiscovery practice group is supported by BZresources, which provides both our full, in-house litigation support group and the management of our onshore and offshore document review facilities. Our lead technology analyst has over 15 years experience in the management of high-volume data and electronic document reviews, and has been involved in the design phase of several review tools.
We routinely manage high-volume, complex Electronically Stored Information (ESI) across a myriad of email applications and operating systems. Our services have been tested in complex commercial litigation, anti-trust matters and high-stakes, time-sensitive arbitrations.
In every case we touch, we identify, test, and implement the most cost-effective tools and then customize the processes to reduce the ESI review, production and the trial costs. There are many vendors who offer document review, but as a law firm with a trial-tested litigation support division, and our own tested offshore review facility, we are unique.
