E’Discovery

BartkoZankel’s e’discovery practice group evolved out of many years of Electronically Stored Information (“ESI”) intensive anti-trust and other complex commercial litigation.

The experienced litigators at BartkoZankel understand clients find the very high costs of ESI discovery unacceptable and have developed a proven and comprehensive document review process that substantially reduces our client’s expenses.

By combining informed legal representation - our e’discovery practice group now headed by Michael Abraham - with an experienced and technically sophisticated litigation support division, BZresources, BartkoZankel has been able to control client ESI costs in a manner that keeps them proportional to the dispute.

The combination of up to date analysis from BartkoZankel counsel who stay abreast of e'discovery developments as they affect legal representation; a highly skilled litigation support staff which has won a national award for its use of technology at trial; and the experience and capacity to manage both onshore and offshore document reviews, has created a scalable talent pool that can be drawn upon appropriately for any particular dispute.

Because of our own success with the management of e’discovery as direct counsel, we have begun offering our litigation support division, BZresources, on a selective basis directly to other law firms and businesses.
