As Resource Manager, Mr. Bartko brings his knowledge of management in Asia to enhance BZresources’ proven document review teams. By combining BZr's ability to use multiple software tools to constantly cull down the data for review, and marry this with a highly scalable review staff in the Philippines, Mr. Bartko enables BZr to deliver the quality that litigation requires within the cost and time requirements of clients. Mr. Bartko studied finance at the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University, holds a Master of Arts in Asian Studies from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California at Santa Cruz. |
John F. McLeanAttorney |
Over 90% of Mr. McLean's practice has involved antitrust issues relating to marketing and distribution, merger & acquisitions, civil and criminal investigations, and corporate compliance systems. His clients included hi-tech companies, natural resource companies and their down-stream converting operations, manufacturers of heavy construction equipment, consumer, pharmaceutical and various other products, and providers of transportation, insurance, banking, health care and other services. After a distinguished career at Pillsbury Madison & Sutro LLP, (1972-1999) where Mr. McLean was involved in antitrust counseling, civil litigation and criminal investigations since 1974, Mr. McLean came to BartkoZankel for the defense of a major international criminal price fixing case. During preparation of this case and trial, Mr. McLean was deeply involved with BZresources and the direction of the discovery review for the case.

Ms. Duffy is an associate in BartkoZankel's Litigation Practice. Her practice involves diverse business areas including commercial litigation, bankruptcy, partnership disputes, class actions, antitrust, and real estate matters. Ms. Duffy has been involved in multiple high value complex litigation cases, including a major international antitrust trial. In several cases, Ms. Duffy had active responsibilities for managing the e-discovery process, including drafting e-discovery protocol, training key personnel, interviewing custodians, and overseeing data collection, processing, review, and production. In addition, Ms. Duffy has acted as the primary interface between the BZTM Resources team and BartkoZankel firm partners, so as to coordinate the flow of information.

Dana Marie SanchezSenior Case Manager |
With over 15 years of law firm paralegal and trial experience, Ms. Sanchez has successfully transitioned to a Sr. Case Manager role. Ms. Sanchez is responsible for the training and support of the document review team, coordinating case issues, themes and strategies between the client attorneys and the document reviewers. In addition to her experience with the major document management ASPs, Ms. Sanchez is trained on many of the litigation support applications, including Concordance, Summation, iConect, IPRO View, Sanction, Livenote and Timemap. Ms. Sanchez received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at Davis.

As Manager of e'Discovery and Litigation Technologies is primarily responsible for the company's technology and operational processes. Mr. Seo works with the client to ensure the appropriate documents are collected and reviewed, integrating proven technologies and processes in providing a timely and cost efficient delivery. Mark brings over 20 years of litigation support experience, having worked for law firms, software companies and service bureaus. Mr. Seo serves on the Advisory Boards for Merrill Legal Solutions and LDiscovery and chairs ALSP's Charter Sponsor Initiatives. He is also a frequent speaker at professional conferences on e'discovery and litigation and trial technologies. Mr. Seo received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, at Berkeley. |
Runel P. IglesiaSenior Litigation Support Analyst |
As a Senior Litigation Support Analyst for BZr, Mr. Iglesia has over 10 years of database experience, both at law firms and service bureaus. Trained in Concordance, iConect, LAW and IPRO's Suite of Products, Mr. Iglesia is responsible for managing the client databases, from data import, thru review and productions. Recently, Mr. Iglesia was the primary trial technologist during a major international anti-trust trial in Federal Court, managing iConect and Concordance Databases for discovery and Livenote and Sanction at trial. Runel is a member the Bay Area Litigation Support Professionals and ILTA's Litigation Support Section. |
Ginger WilsonOperations Manager |
Ginger Wilson provides operation management to BZr. She has worked with trial lawyers for over 17 years. Her first San Francisco employer was Melvin Belli where she gathered, reviewed and sorted voluminous data related to the Exxon Oil Spill Litigation. Ms. Wilson continued her litigation paralegal work in Los Angeles law firms before joining the 30-attorney law firm of BartkoZankel. The firm specializes in complex business litigation with a sophisticated client list ranging from large corporations and national retailers to professional football teams and the representation of other law firms. Ms. Wilson has the operational experience from document review to overall project management. She is currently the Firm Administrator at BartkoZankel. Ms. Wilson is a graduate of St. Mary’s College in Moraga, California. |
