Howard Miller is an associate with the firm's litigation practice. Mr. Miller has worked extensively in the business environment as a serial entrepreneur both in the United States and Europe. His businesses have won him international recognition including the London Sunday Times Fast Track 100 list of British companies. Prior to joining the firm, Howard ran a successful business consultancy whose clients included a multinational consumer electronics manufacturer as well as national and local business.Since joining BZTM, Mr. Miller has been involved in a number of significant representations including United States v. Swanson (see "Last Man Standing") and Hoffman v American Express Travel Related Services, Inc.
