Kerry L. Duffy

Experience:

Kerry Duffy is an associate in the firm's Business Litigation practice. Her practice involves diverse business areas including commercial litigation, bankruptcy, partnership disputes, class actions, antitrust, and real estate matters. Ms. Duffy has been involved in multiple high value complex litigation cases, including a major international antitrust trial. In several cases, Ms. Duffy was responsible for managing the e-discovery process, including drafting e-discovery protocol, training key personnel, interviewing custodians, overseeing the data collection, processing, review, and production, and interfacing with the BZ Resources group.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Duffy practiced in Oakland specializing in bankruptcy litigation. While at Hastings, Ms. Duffy was an extern at the Department of Justice, U.S. Trustee Office, San Francisco division. Ms. Duffy is also a former judicial extern to the Honorable Randall J. Newsome in the United States District Court, Northern District of California.
